hand painted signage: gowns & crowns
Posted by A Misselbrook on 6 July 2005 at 11:19This is my latest job! now I dont have anything to do! im waiting for a load of folk to decide upon quotes! eeek! im using this time to make up some stuff like my signwriting box and a display book of samples.

Very nice aj, looks lovely!!! You should have a nice portfolio coming along by now. Did you supply the bracket and panel aswell or did you tidy up their existing?

Thanks! Yep Ive got a few jobs under my belt now since starting on my own at the beginning of the year. Hopefully I can keep getting the jobs cos we took a bit of a gamble with me doing this! My girlfriend works full time and with the money Ive been getting so far we are just about doing it! but I need the luck to hold whilst I build up customers, contacts etc.! 😉
The sign bracket was from Iron Designs, I just rubbed it down and gave it a coat of black! -
How long does it take to do a sign like this, it looks very time consuming.
As always, looks really good! You can always tell work that someone takes pride in making (well i hope you do lol)
