• File Swapping

  Illustrator 11 file!

  Customer has sent this illustrator 11 eps file in vector format but I cannot open the ruddy thing. Can anybody conver it to ai for me in a lower version?

  Dont know if I’ve done this correctly!? I have Illustrator, but I don’t normally use it….

  Looks like it may be one of those! ive tried and it wont open or import. Perhaps its corrupt?
  opened my mouth to soon well done that girl.

  Many thanks everyone, Both files opened great.
  This is the sixth time my customer has sent this but they have been sending it in jpg format at 72dpi and only 23pixels high. They want the final size printing at 475mm. Customers like this should be (:)
