I buy my Correx from Pyramid in Manchester and they will send me as little as one sheet upwards and cut to any size I want, only thing to watch is that you pay delivery charges on whatever you get sent wether one sheet or more.
I would use dibond or something similar on the shop sign as it will last the longest and look good for many years

You can do either because its not difficult to cut. If you are definite about your sizes then you can get them to do it for you. If I have a large quantity of a certain size I usually get them pre cut.

You could also try Amari Plastics 😀

I agree with Jem .. dibond/reynobond or anything similar would be ideal for the shop sign you have to do. Correx comes in colours, not a huge variety …. so if they want the blue correx to match the shop sign you may have to coat in vinyl?

    😀
