Not quite on the scale of Phil the fitters buses, but a nice straight forward bonnet. The side view was a copy of our clients business card. The van wasn’t particularly done with advertising in mind, but so that the van could be recognised when making deliveries at city airport by both security and clients on their personal jets awaiting their grub.

Vinyl is the VWS from KPMF.
Signco did the printing for us as we don’t have a wide format printer, and feel that it is still more cost effective for us to sub out this side of our work.
The wrap went on very well. With it being an older van there were a few stone chips and rust spots to contend with. Side panels look more effective in the flesh, are an exact enlargement of our clients business card. Tried a few other ideas with him at the design stage but insisted on colours and layout same as card.
At the end of the day he was very pleased with it, gave us a cold can of beer while he looked over it, and payed there and then.
He also gave us a banner to do, and is interested in hi viz jackets and t-shirts which we have only recently started to offer.
As this was fitted outside we got a lot of people stopping to take a look, show interest and ask for a business card. So hope to get a lot more of this type of work.

    hi paul 😀

great work done there, i’m not too keen on the lettering on the sides, but the bonnet looks real nice. how long did it take you to do? are you getting to grips with the wrapping? 😛

    Hi Nik,
Including cleaning with isoprop and cutting in etc, it took about an hour.
I helped initially to pull it taught over the bonnet and then let Neil get on with it on his own, while I did the sides.

Still think we need to do a few more wraps, especially over more difficult contours but we are certainly confident to take on this type of work.

well done mate, looks nicely fitted. hows you confidense growing with regards to wrapping, you getting there now? these types of jobs are always good practice and help boost the confidense for bigger stuff.
