Couldn’t you take any of the brush tools and change the “mode” to Color and make sure you have purple selected as your color? What version of photoshop are you using?

Yeah, it would. You could do a “Mask”. On the bottom of your toolbar there is a button to go into “Quick Mask Mode” you can then “paint” your selection, then when you go back to normal mode you have a selection. Then you can paint just that selection. Is that making sense?

How about just selecting ToolBar – Image, Adjust, Hue/Saturation. Check the ‘colorize’ button then adjust the hue and saturation sliders until you get the recolouration of the whole image as you want it.

sorry Lanie, not sure exactly what your after or ide try help. if I’m right and there is no solid colours you may need to vector/digitise the picture image or areas hat need blend applied…. if it was solid colours of course it would be a case of magic wind and maybe doing a colour blend over layer. not sure, its Friday ad had some breezers as you say 😉 :lol1: maybe in morning when i clear my head ill think of something more useful.. :lol1:

as for editing posts? not peeved in the slightest, i, the admin or we/the mods only edit posts that break board rules. 😀 to be honest i cant remember editing anything you have posted. 😕 😀

Also, with the magic wand you can de-select “Contiguous” and it will then select the color you pick in the entire picture not just were it touches.
