Hey for those of you who think we’ve been in bed for 3 weeks:
I have a client with a big black & dark magenta flatbed tow truck.
    He needs his doors lettered.
Since I normally do two designs for a job like this,
Stevo did one and I did the other.
#1- can you guess who’s is whose?
#2- which do you think he will choose?
    Love….Jill

To be honest I was unsure whoโ€™s was whoโ€™s?
Like I said though, both great designs… I normally can spot stevoโ€™s style. I think his work is brill!
Both are similar at a glance but I feel the word โ€œauto salesโ€ should be the most prominent.
The bottom one has taken colour, text sizes etc gives a real good combination on priority levels for me. So I think this is what sold it for me…

great to see you both working together & thanks for posting….

Here’s how it turned out folks.
This is the back of the truck.
Stevo got all sunburnt sticking it on there!
    I went with Stevo’s measurements.
    His method differs from mine!
So the fancy doo-dads I made for this part were too big.
A lesson learned: Measure stuff yourself!
    The customer loved it.

    Where’s the magenta? ๐Ÿ˜•
It looks just as good on the truck as it did on paper. Is Stevo metric? I wish the US would switch, it would make life easier for some.

    Actually he doesn’t use metric.
But he measures the entire area whereas I measure where the lettering will “look right”. Typical woman huh.
