Hi
You can use youre text on a curve tool, in design central put in your radius and type in the text, in design central there are buttons that do the text “on” , “above” or “below” the line etc, have a play around until you get it how you want , you can also create a circle the size of the cover to place your design in for scale,
hope this helps

Dont Know about flexy, but cant you just draw a circle, and type in the diameter?

Hi Justin,
If you select text on an arc, you should get “Arc” in design central, look there and put your curser over the first box ( it will say radius when your curser is over it ) the other degrees box will rotate your text on the arc (I think) -
Hi Jem i think i may have a different version than you mine is 7.5v5 the first box i hover over says rotation angle..

When you select text on an arc look at design central and you will see two boxes one on top of the other, one is the radius (top box) underneath is the angle box. Enter your radius in the top box and it should work. To get this in design central you will need to click your mouse onto your work page as though you are about to type your text, it then comes up in design central, hope this helps

Hi Jem thank you i think i have finally got there i was not clicking on the design sheet, so if a put the diameter in there that will get my 22″ text but then should i put this into peters 22″ circle to get the correct curvature?
Justin..<——Getting there i think:)

If it was me I would enter the radius you want (not diameter) and then type your text, you can size it once you’ve typed it, you can also alter the radius after you’ve typed it so have a go because you can always change things after you’ve typed, such as letter spacing, height, positioning. The arc box will be in design central when you select the type.
