  can anyone help me with warning sign file please ?

  i am looking for a warning sign for the back of an ambulance car bumber,it is red and yellow stribes which join in the middle to a triangle.
  has anyone got this in eps format please that would really help me out.
  i am doing it for a lad that is a voluntry ambulance car driver so i am not charging him for it.
