how can i stop getting wrinkles in anti-graffiti vinyl?
We use a clear film (anti graffiti film) over window vision on the rear windows of vehicles to protect them and stop moisture from sitting in the holes that limits viewing from inside. My question is does anyone have a good way of doing this without getting wrinkles in it.
I don’t know if this is a common practice or not but every were I have worked has the same problem.
All help appreciated.

Sent the last job away late yesterday. I will see if I can track it down and post a snap.
The clear is like polyester and does not conform, you end up with a sharp crease that you can’t get rid off.

Hi johnny,
we used to have the same problems but now use a optically clear cast Orafol overlaminate from Europoint. I can’t find a part number on the roll but I’ll get some one to dig out an invoice onMonday with the details.
It works a treat and eliminates any chance of wrinkles. We apply it to the contravision bfore we fit it, making the job a whole lot easier and quicker on-site.

The Orafol material sounds like the answer. The problem is its a compound curve and needs to conform.
