is here a function that allows you to change the angle of your italic letters in text ?

basically I have some artowrk that I am re drawing but when I do it in corel the angle of the font is not correct, cant find it under format text etc?

when not in italics its way too straight but when I put italics on the angle is too much..

hope this makes sense !!!!!! all help appreciated !!!

Here is what I do in Corel 9, altho I’m still a newbie at it.
I type in the text, then double click it.
The selection icon changes from little boxes in the center & corners
    to these little arrow thingies.
The ones on the corners allow you to rotate,
and the ones on the sides & center allow you to slant.
Just hold it with your mouse and slant away.
    Love….jill

    What jill said
but also you may have to convert to curves first for it to slant 🙂
