  Has anyone got any tips on bonding acrylic?

  Has anyone got any tips on bonding acrylic. I am using Tensol 12, trying to bond a 1000 x 600mm 10mm clear to a 3mm 040 opal acrylic. Ready for CNC cutting. Trouble is i can see the Tensol through the 040. Any ideas gratefully received.

  We’ve had problems with 040 before and had to switch to 050 – the drop in light transmittal is minimal but it hides the Tensol.

  You need to use Chloroform if you can get it. Sticks like the proverbial 😮
  Or one of the other watery type adhesives that work on capillery action.
