  does anybody recognise this font or if not has anyone got a vector its off a mates evo and i cant find it anywhere

  I would say that was an old American font. it is prob a standard type font with the corners cut off. the USA world war 11 planes used this font if i am not mistaken.
  I have in the past had to produce many decal sets for model airplanes using this method.
