Hi (I’m sorry I don’t know your name)

Yes I should think it would be fine for sublimation.

You will only be able to use it for items like t-shirts, tiles, mousemats etc.

If you are close enough I would go and see it working before you get it though.

If you don’t get this one, I was talking to Magnus at R A Smart on Monday and he said they had a couple of ex demo heatpresses for sale.

They also know a fair bit about sublimation.

According to the description it says up to 300 degrees, if this is Farenheit, then afraid it’s not suitable for sublimation.

For coasters/placemats and most other items you need 400F. You also need to make sure press will accommodate 6 mil. thickness. I beleve that press on Ebay is for T-shirts with transfers printed by different methods than sublimation.
Providing you don’t plan on doing anything large then a new small press can be bought for a few hundred. A 20×16 which can open up to an inch. will be about £1,000.

    Cheers
