    Hi Jim,
I know in the states some of the outlets have their own mini-circuit breakers built into them. Is it possible to plug it into a different power source? I’m probably no help at all, but what the heck?

    We are using Edge 1
We just had the same problem, ended up replacing lots of capacitors/things on the board by paying an expert.

Power supply boards apparenty was redesigned many years back and so forth and exchange boards are a bit costly. Seek engineer help that’s if you haven’t already.

Thanks for your message. There is an update to our edge as there was power going into the power block and not coming out we decided to put a new one in and now its working again.

Could it be a faulty power supply in the Edge and not anything more than that?
I have an Edge, sorry, can’t help you more!

If its an edge two, there is a small recess beside the power cable, this holds two extra fuses, one is a spare, check them out, not just the fuses in the plug, the fuses will cost 50pence.
