This is my first van. ( I have done van lettering, but it has been small stuff and fitted by the customer)
The clients knew exactly what they wanted so I had no involvement with the artwork. It was all done in apa vinyl 3-5yrs.
Took me about 5 hours to fit.
let me know how much you would have charged for a job like this (just to know if my pricing is right.
All opinions welcome…. its the only way to learn.

thanks for taking the time to look…

    Hi Clive,
Nice smart clean lines, just the job, well done mate.
The only comment i would make is that i always use 7 yr MacTac, It’s safer in the long run just in case the customer keeps it for a good few years.

    LJ,
thanks for your comments. I have been thinking about changing to better vinyl…. It just works out very expensive to keep full rolls of the basic colours in premium vinyl when you’re just starting up.
The premium stuff would have been much easier to apply too….

Nice work Clive! 😀 Hard to believe it’s your first van, as LJ says, looks really good, clean etc. Did you enjoy fitting it? More to the point, would you want to fit another?

Bit of a side note, what type of van is that? It looks cool, wouldn’t mind something like that myself. (A couple of kegs of the beer in the back would be nice as well 😉 )

    Cheers, Dewi

    Looks nice and clean, Clive.
I always use HP for vehicles tho,
and my going rate for a van like that would be about $600.
It would take me about 4 hours to stick it.
    Love…..Jill

    Nice work Clive

    Thanks for sharing

Just a thought: A few vinyl suppliers will sell by the metre (I think there’s a minimum though)

So you could get in a few (say 15 metres of this and 20 metres of that) rolls of different colours.

    Thanks for all your comments.
I will do more for sure – thats if the work continues to come in!
One thing that perhaps I should have done is put a small sticker somewhere on the van letting everyone know that we did the van – free advertising…
For your information I charged £230.

Clive, just be careful doing that, you must ask the customer 1st. some of them don’t like it if you haven’t asked their permission. You don’t want to get on the wrong side a new customer.

LJ’s right. Best get approval 1st. If they like the job, they should have no problems tho.

Seeing the van is making me home sick …… hang on….I am home…. 🙄
