Posted by Steve Broughton on 12 February 2005 at 10:40Jiffy truck, all vinyl and if you think the “Hot & Cold food etc.” looks like an after thought then you’d be right job finished then get a call from customer “oh can you put Hot & etc. along the top” 😥 to**ers 🙄

I used to drive one of those around Birmingham. Bloody awful job.
I once got pulled by some public health guy from the council, a customer had complained about a mouldy cake that she’d bought. It had a few squiggles of sickly green icing on the top and she thought it had gone off :lol1:

Nice one Steve. I always push the customer for all the information first as I always tell then that anything added after will look exactly like an after thought as it messes up the balance of the layout.

Cockroach palace, Roach Coach, what are they called in the UK?
Nice work Steve. I like the use of vinyl. Most customers don’t know how good vinyl can look without having to use a printer.

When I drove one a few years ago, we called them Muck Trucks.

Steve i do like, very nice indeed, i love all the text shadows and stuff, even the after thought text at the top, not too bad,
The only thing i’m not keen on; is the food plate thing, makes it all look a bit cramped up, maybe the colour of it, not sure. but great stuff all the same, maybe a demo of how you did the text…?Simon

Good work Steve, I bet your customer was well pleased. What is the font used for the ‘Food made for you’ line?
