just posted this in dewi’s post “I broke the PM” but I thought I would post it separatly.

I think its about time we all give Rob a standing ovation for the work he does on this site. It must take up an awfull lot of his time and can you imagine the responsability of making sure we’ve all got somewhere to come and meet.

I really mean it Rob thanks for all the time and effort you put in on our behalf. :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl:

    Yes, Rob, you’re a peach.
You maintain an aura of gentlemanliness and professionalism,
yet you also display a funky, funny sense of humor.
You look great in jeans & riggers too!
Thanks for the countless hours you put into this site.
Sometimes you have to baby-sit us,
other times you offer kind advice.
All in all it is a wonderful place to visit.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
    Love….Jill

Just to say the same as all above, a BIG thankyou to you and yours, especially from a newbies point of view, UKSB has been invaluable and a good laugh at times.

All the very best for 2005 to you all

Hugs and kisses and all that semi mental stuff

See, look…. his head is getting to be disporportionate to his body! He’ll never fit in the cherry picker now ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ๐Ÿ™

    ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sterling job as ever Mr L, the upgrades and modifications are much appreciated as it just adds to how useful this place is to the sign community and goes to show you’re not just a pretty face ๐Ÿ˜€

As well as Mr L, can I thank everyone else on UKSB as well. Robert does an excellent job and without his efforts we all wouldn’t have the opportunity to get together like this, but as well as that its each member of the community on the boards that makes it what it is. A big Cheers to everyone for logging in and adding to the largest, most useful and quite frankly, the most humourous places available to the UK signmaker!

    Cheers, Dewi

Same from me – BIG THANKS ROB !!

UKSB is a much better place to hang out than the street corner plus it’s a lot warmer and a great deal friendlier – it’s a credit to ya :2thumbs:

Here’s wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

    Gee folksโ€ฆ THANK YOU!… ohhh what can I sayโ€ฆ Iโ€™m filling up hereโ€ฆ.*sniff* :thanks2:

    Seriously thoughโ€ฆ thank you all!

From day one, the whole โ€œrun an internet websiteโ€ has been a massive learning curve for me. The one thing I have found, is that no one individual is responsible for the success of any site.
Many new comers land on this site daily, most of them comment in their first post how friendly this site is, how much we are willing to help and so onโ€ฆ
I maybe run it, but “we all” make it what it is today. :clap3:

Thanks everyone for the kind wordsโ€ฆ god Iโ€™m choking up again hereโ€ฆ I need a good stiff breezer now. :cryhard: (I said breezer, dewi, carrie & co) ๐Ÿ˜‰

Have a great Christmas everyoneโ€ฆ all the best! (drink1)
