    Hi

I have a customer that currently has a wooden sign 4’x3′ approx on wooden posts.
They would like it re-done and i was hoping for some advice and approximate costs on the different options

As far as im aware the 2 options are ply with beading around edge painted then vinyl applied, OR alu tray powder coated with steel posts and vinyl applied, are there any other options? And how much would an alu tray of this size approx be? How much mark up can you put on these types of sign?

The sign currently has a beading around edge and looks traditional is there anyway i can achieve this with the alu panel ie trim to go round edge?

any help appreciated as this is the first sign with posts ive had to do and im bit lost as to which direction is best!!!

    cheers

    Hi dtg,

I have made them out of dibond/Alucolour etc with a plastic traditional looking trim (JAG Supplies), just cut and apply with its own self adhesive tape.

Also, cheap option, 10mm foamboard srewed to wood posts, (did losts of these with the last company, all still standing through gales etc.

    Hope this helps

    Dave
