Had similar problems, found saving the job and exiting Signlab, then re-entering helped.

    hi brian!! 😀

no i would not upgrade, there’s no need, i use 4.95 everyday i cannot get away from it…(does exactly what it says on the box) 😛

i have signlab e6 which is okay, but i never cut with it, infact i never use it!! 🙄

signlab 4.95 still runs on some of our machines. its a vinyl mans tool kit like i said.
yes, there are improved “features” in the upgrades. but ide guess you may have to jump to ver 7.
i hear that also has new features etc, but to be honest 4.95 does do just about it all. later versions cator more for printing, web design and that kind of thing.
im not by any means saying, “dont move with the times” its just… if its not broke, why fix it?

I agree mostly with the other guys, your decision to upgrade may be made for you at some stage as I’m not sure if 4.95 will run correctly in XP perhaps someone from Cadlink can advise. Although I do agree mainly with the others I am glad that I did upgrade to V7.
