I’m probably being really stupid here, but I still can’t get it to work. 😳 Trying to cut straight from corel draw 11 btw.

Graphicxpress what probs are you having. I cut direct from Corel 11 with our PC60, and get no problems with .ai / .eps etc.

I just downloaded the Saxo file and when I double click to open I just get the grey box. I changed the extenson to .eps and all was OK , to be able to change file types all you need to do is open a folder – select Tools – Folder Options… then View… in folder options uncheck the box next to Hide file extensions of known file types…..Locate the image saxo.ai then Right click the file and from that menu select rename file… change it to saxo.eps. In Corel select import then for file type choose PS,PRN, EPS PostScript Interpreted.
    Hope this makes sence
