I`ve been asked to do some round mag signs.

What would be the best way to do them. (40 intotal)

I could cut a round circle in vinyl, apply and then hand cut. ( abit long winded)

    or

Get a round template routed out of plastic, and use that to cut around.

    Anyone else got any suggestions.

you can cut them on your plotter, i have made a couple of stencils this way.

before plotting, copy and paste the shape ontop of itself about 7-10 times, use an old blade and cut at high-ish pressure and the lowest speed.

the non-vinyl coated magnetic is the best stuff to use.

    simply fold and tear it.
