BBC Television (Or are they Inland revenue spies?)
I’ve just had a visit from a dolly bird with a camera – she was purporting to be from the BBC – along with one of my customers who was due to pick up some printed t-shirts for their new business. They said they were filming a documentary on “golly, how wonderful it is to live and work in Spain/Yugoslavia/ America/Turkey/Outer Mongolia etc”
Now then – this is all well and good if they really were who they say they were….but…………does anybody know if the Inland Revenue or the VAT lot have got any good looking spies on the prowl? (she was about 22, tall, blonde, willowy….need I go on???? Trouble is – James Bond I’m not!
Mind you, if she really was a camera person, I’m sure the publicity will be invaluable. They’ll prob’ly leave in the shots of the workshop and erase me from the shots to avoid offending the sensibilities of any viewers.
Just thought I’d let y’all know in case they try to catch up with you as well!
