Having only just set up i thought it was about time a compiled some terms and conditions to cover both myself and my bank balance!!

I’m ok when it comes to the general stuff such as quotations, the sale of goods and payments.

However, can anyone point me in the right direction when it comes to “services”??

What I mean is “me sticking vinyl on some ones vehicle or shop front” and any problems which may occur, especially on paintwork 😮

    Any info would be great

    Thanks all

    Darren

my rule of thumb with this is just to inform your clients of the implications of each process i.e. sticking vinyl on a van WILL make the paintwork look different in 3 years time when they sell it or change graphics etc. keep them informed throughout the discussion, design process and keep it simple – THINGS WEAR OUT OVER TIME. you should have no come back if they are made aware, its only the very few @rsey , cheap as chips types that keep you coming back to touch up or make good. trust me i have learnt from experience…………….. if you set high standards for your self from the offset you should have nae bother.
