  you can buy plain ones from dj record shops and suppliers online.
  if you plan on doing them in bulk ide just contact a fabric company and see if they can supply fabric/felt or simular in circluar form. i know you get some in a foam sorta material, but dont allow the record to slip as good. those are the cheap nivelty ones. depending on how you will print them ide steer away from the gloss finish type prints as those also stop the record slipping as good.
