Hi folks just joined UK signboards and having a great time reading everyone stories.
Thought I would post you my first digi print job. One was onto vinyl and the other 10ft banner. Talk about through yourself in the deep end.
    Not bad I thought.
Had great fun working out how to “Tile, Laminate, Contour Cut” but got there in the end.

great work helen.. you must be pleased.
was the banner completely printed or is it just the digital images?

a wee tip for posting pictures. try to size them no bigger than 580 pixels wide and they will load much better for everyone veiwing them.
if i get time later on ill crop those one down for you. 😀

thank you very much for taking the time to show your work. 😉

Yes the whole banner is digitally printed from the versa camm.
I had great fun making sure the material ran straight to ensure the white border around the solids looked symmetrical.

PS web site is great. Full on tips. Brill

That looks great I really like the banner, what type of banner material did you use and how did you laminate it?
    Great work 😀

    didn’t mean to confuse you.

    The trailor sign is laminated.

The banner is just printed and left as is. I used Mactac 500gsm Digital Banner Material. It gives great results and is very strong.

Need to put Versa Camm on Normal print mode and reduce ink quantity by 40% to prevent running in the Colour Management Facility.

I use Sign lab 7 and the control you have over the ink flow and quality is just brilliant. Forget Corel and Roland Standard Driver. This is much more easy to use and what you see is what you get. No surprises in colour if you know what I mean!!
