  Why not just resize it using S-Spline or a similar program, i have done similar in the past and the output was excellent.

  The bog-standard version is only £30 or so and you will make that back off the first job im sure!

  Download the demo version from that link! I will have ‘unregistered’ all over it but you will be able to see if the quality is good enough!

  I think it is one of the more powerful resizing tools around! The Pro version is even better but it is a bit more expensive.
