how can i make a panatrim loner than 6m?
Hi,
This has been bugging me…
Panatrim comes in 6m lengths so how do I make something longer than this? We fitted a 6m long sign last week but it got me thinking. We made the full frame before we arrived and then transported on top of a long wheel based transit. It took about 2.5 hours to fit with three of us, first time so we called in extra help!
Anyway look forward to your response.

check the panatrim demonstration in the demo area mate.
that should tell you everything on properly setting up a panatrim fascia.
it not only stops sagging, running off of the trim but makes the fastening more secure, much faster and easier with only 2 & possibly only 1 man fitting upto 20 foot.
if you have one even longer than a full length just rivette a 1inch by 1inch peice of alloy angle in the join. one side up in place you just lift the other end up and slide onto the angle slat & start fixing to building again.

To be honest that is what I used to build the frame (your tutorial), but just wasn’t too sure about the extra length.
