A4 Perspex frame suppliers?

I am after a moulded perspex frame to hold a sheet of A4 paper, but they are after is a specific type, it has raised edges which are concaved outwards so the frame size is approx 1″ larger all of the way around the paper, it also has a couple of little cut-outs in the frame which hold a piece of 1mm(ish) clear with 2 little tabs on it to kep the paper inside… Make sense??!

I’ve seen them somewhere, but can’t for the life of me remember where. Does anyone have any ideas on who sells them or if someone could make them up for me?

Thanks for the quick reply mate, it is pretty desperate, I’ve sent them an email, and about 10 others so i’ll see what comes up.
