this one is like how long is a piece of string.
Too many variables involved.
Depends on which brand tshirts are you using, different makes/sizes are different prices.
What transfer paper are you using?
Which sublimation inks, there are a lot of variations in brand pricing on the inks, are you using bulk ink system or are you using cartridges, (huge cost difference in preparing the transfer between bulk/cartridges)VAT makes difference, i.e are you registered or not? So can you claim VAT back on your base costs?
How much do you charge for your time?
Do you charge for artwork set up or not?I have seen prices for these range from £12.99 to £30 depending on who is selling them, so I guess you pick what you think is a reasonable price.
I do discount slightly for 10 if all the same image being used, but to be honest not much on 10 as I don’t get a discount on the blank tshirts unless ordering certain amount all in the same size.
Hope that helps

hmm I didn’t ask how long a piece of string was.
The reason why I asked it, is when I say my price some people say they can get it cheaper in UK. My prices range from 15 to 20 € wich is about 12 to 15 pound and I use all equipment from Xpress so I think that’s reasonable. I just never knew what to say when people tried arguing about the price as I don’t know the prices in UK. I know my expences so that’s not the point.
Thanks anyway. -
Well next time I won’t bother 😥
So I won’t bother sharing better suppliers!

sorry about the way my message came across, but I was trying to be helpful and get a reply ‘I didn’t ask how long a piece of string was’
I was just stating that pricing on subli shirts has so many variables that trying to price them will depend on all of the above!
Which is why so many people charge such different prices as many people don’t have the same set up so what I charge will be different.
Plus if buying from Xpres in UK then he has to deal with shipping costs that are possibly higher than mine!So my attempt at being helpful was met with a sarky response, therefore after a crap day, I responded in same manner, it was meant tongue firmly in cheek, but came over wrong, (but I still think his opening line was out of line!)

I know what my expences are and I explained why I asked the going rate, so don’t know what the problem is. It was a simple question… and we all have hard and crap days. When I said I didn’t ask how long a piece of string was, I should of put a smiley 😀 😀 😀 😀 so it comes over better.
Take care all… 😀 -
Any way to draw a line under this
I think your pricing is fine.
I have just done some for someone and charged £15 each they were happy with that.
I vary between 12.99 for kids to £16.99 for polo shirts.By the way try Europa Leisure for subli tshirts, they are better quality and same price!

my prices about the same.
To do 1 shirt it can take between 10 – 15 minutes, by the time you`ve scanned the image in, printed it out and used the heat press.
So you have to charge accordingly. £10ish profit for 15 minutes work isn`t too much to ask. Your prices can come down if you have a larger run.
Let the customer buy from the UK. They will have to pay shipping. That will make the price rise.

Thanks a lot guys and I’ll give Europa Leisure a try if they can give me the same shipping deal.
Thanks
