    autac dont exist anymore mate.
do you mean you want the reflective already prespaced for chevrons?

you would be better just having precut lines of the material you need..
there is a demo i have done in the demo area showing the method i applied cherons to lots of toyota pick-ups. 🙄

    Yeah thanks Rob

Its for a recovery vehicle. it is a sort of stripe really.
I think the design is called batemburg , it looks like a chess board using alternate colours.
    Thanks Simon 😕

If you are talking about a printed chequer stripe, you need to find someone who does rotary screen printing. Graphicraft in Kempston?

If, on the other hand it is a battenburg (which is blocks of, usually, blue and yellow) These are made by alternating blocks of material custome cut to the bodywork of the vehicle. You could make a chequer stripe yourself using small squares of vinyl. It depends how much of it you need, I suppose.

It is diamond grade reflective and costs a fortune. And you can’t cut it on a plotter.

Well…..you can cut Diamond grade on a plotter…sort of. It cuts nicely on a flat bed or can be cut on the back on a drum type plotter and then snapped out. I wouldn’t want to do it this way though. Mistakes are insanely expensive.

….or you could get it printed on an edge printer as long as the width is no more than 300mm. If you use standard foils onto white reflective you get a transparent effect and dont need to cut much.
