I am going to be looking at a 24″ mutoh tomorrow, man on end of phone says that these are better than the roland cx24, it cuts nicer and pulls the vinyl better.
As I am a newbie to this, could anyone advise?

The more I am waiting for one, the more money i am saving, but at this rate it looks like im buying new from store!!?? unless someone here to rescue me?

I am waiting to buy new. You normally get 3 years warranty as well. The SummaCut D60 looks the cheapest at mo. Some of the second hand prices seem ridiculous.

On friday I drove to herts to finally pick myself up a MUTOH SC-650 😮

Got software, couple spare blades and the stand. It needs I bit of setting up,as I seen a few dodgy cuts, but looked at manual and this can be sorted. pretty happy with it, but its a bit of a beast compared to the roland or summa i originally was asking for.

going to need a workshop now!
