    Hi all
This is just an update on the server change.
For those that donโ€™t know, it has not happened yet! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
The reason for this is because of a small โ€œdomainโ€ problem.
Itโ€™s not a problem as such, just something im not thrilled about doing but will do very soon, but at the right time.
    Ill try explaining.
We have now took a mirror image of this site & all database information & have now loaded it onto our new host server. Everything is as it should be.
The problem I have is that the new host will not activate our new site until I get the domain registration switched to them. Again this is easy done. The problem is the time it takes switching from one domain host to the next. It can take anything from 6 hours to 48 hours. Which means the site would be down while this happens.
Normally we would just have a redirection page sending you to the new site for 48 hrs only but this for some reason is not possible.

We think we may have worked a way to do this, so ill keep you posted.

In the mean time I do apologise for the inconvenience of this. I will have things zipping along again as soon as possible.. I can promise you that much. ๐Ÿ˜‰

well as some may know the OLD server seems to be acting up once again. i guess its now down to webspace, bandwidth etc as i can hear it creaking under the pressure. i think the best thing to do is maybe arrange the site transfer to the new bigger, faster server this weekend. or early next week.
i will try arrange a good time. maybe late in evening but unsure as yet.
like i said the site maybe down a few hours or could be upto 48hrs ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
its not ideal i know but we will all benifit from it in the long run. ๐Ÿ˜‰
if anyone knows of ways roiund the domain switch let me know.. if not we will go as we are..

sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. ๐Ÿ˜•

well.. here i go again. but this should be the last change.

after brain pain for weeks & an extra few bob spent we have sussed how to switch servers with only a very short downtime. maybe just 5 mins or so. i wont bore you with the details but we exspect all in place this time next week. when this happens i can get working on new bits and peices that have been shelfed until this happens. ill keep you posted. ๐Ÿ˜‰

until then i do apologise for any sluggish behavour from the site.
the old webspace is at its max and we are bursting our bandwidth.

Now there was a golden opportunity to say those immortal words:

    Hope it goes well
