  • window tint supplier needed please?

hello there, havn’t been about for a while but i was wondering if anyone out there can help me. Have you ever heard of a window tint called "soliagain" apparently its a mirrored tint that completely block out the view from one side.
Or is there any other products out there that will do the same job, the problem being the room i want to block out is brighter than the outside so standard tint wont work.
It would be great if someone could help.!!!

    thanks

    Hi Colin,
Any window film will reflect to the brightest side. That’s just the nature of the beast. If you want to create a one way mirror effect, you have to darken the inside and brighten the outside ( mirrored side). You can do this with spotlights to the glass.

If it’s privacy you want and you’re not concerned with being able to see out, then use a privacy film or a dusted crystal effect vinyl.

    Hope this helps,

    Lee

thanks for your help Lorraine. I had already checked out Stockfilms but i had never heard of JWF so i will give them a try. If that comes to nothing i will try the client with Leeroy’s suggestion of the spotlights (good idea, I never thought of that!!)

    Thanks for your help

    Im a vehicle window tinter!

If you want blackout use a 5% film, it only lets in 5% of visible light, like wot limos etc have on their windows…again as mentions above, if theres light inside and dark outside, you still will be able to see from the exterior!

Try Bonwyke Films 01329 289621, they are my supllier.

Whats the purpose? and have you heard of the new Regulations for vehicle tinting? we’re now not allowed to tint front door windows at all from the 1st Jan 04!!! annoying…

Shout if you want any furthe infos…
