Lots of replies, nothing work.
I use SingPal Expert.
I hope it’s from mainboard and I’ll try to get a new plotter instead of the old one that they try to sell me. This is also the serviceman’s opinion.
See you soon with better news.If anybody can suggest me a reason for not getting this plotter, PLEASE tell me any problems you’ve have.
For me it’s a fortune to buy it (our average income is near 1.000 euro and I pay for it 5.000 – I hope it makes that price).
I saw a lot of sites where I heard good words about this plotter. My bad luck is that here around is no serviceman available. Today the serviceman told me that he would try to get a new machine instead of the old one.
I also am a servicemanager for Konica copiers and I know that there are ‘machines who not work’. I hope that I’m not the one who gets that kind of machine.
I repeat my question:
CAN ANYBODY TELL ME SOMETHING ‘NICE’ ABOUT THIS MACHINE?????
Thanks for all you answered my till now and for all of you that will post me any messages till Monday noon when I pay the bill for this machine.

Ok I hope im understanding what you have said properly.
Are you saying….
If you cut a small job the machine cuts perfect?
&
if you cut a large job the machine zips to the left and stays still?
As mentioned.. it could be a “tiling” problem.
If the machine is set to cut the page size only. Then you have to increase the page size.If the page size is say…24inches wide by 24inches deep. & your cutter will cut 24inch wide rolls of vinyl. Then you want to increase the page size to something like
200inches wide by 24inches deep. Save that setting and try again.If the machine is second hand. (not new) & the service man is saying it’s the mainboard on the machine then don’t buy it. there could be more problems hidden once that’s fixed. You will never know. Don’t pay up if you don’t get a good/decent machine as you will loss this good money.
Sometimes when machines don’t cut properly its down to how it is setup in the software.
The machine seems to be cutting ok one minute then not the next.. if it was the main board I would think it would not cut at all…Try finding the page size setup and change like I said above and let me know how you got on.

the machine is new, but the job was set ‘by the machine’ elsewhere I put it from SignPal. SignPal don’t let me to put the job that I send outside the ‘poll size’ of vinyl, but the result was outside the vinyl. It was 1 m wide vinyl by many meters long, I set the plotter to “ROLL” and the 98 per 250 cm job was cut outside this area. SignPal is designed to don’t let the job to be positioned outside the polled area. The knife do not go outside the vinyl. It stoped at the right end of polled area. It’s like I send by ‘mistake’ the job 20 cm right and 20 cm backward (aprox.)
