I am thinking about this machine for my dye-sub labelling biz. I have to print labels using a epson 1290 on to A4 or A3 sized transfer paper.

I will need optical registration to cut out the finished label once transferred to flock.

Have been quoted £1495. and assured it runs with Mac OSX and Illustrator 10,

But also require Photoshop 7 again all MAC.

Just wondered what your thoughts were onthis possible set-up

    Regards

We run a graphtec plotter for contour cutting of printed images. Very accurate and easy to use, with lots of features which you can customise. Bearing in mind that you will need at least 15mm on side edges and approx 25mm on front and back edges of unprinted area to position in machine.

We use Mac based software to create and print images, then use signlab to contour cut the images, based on a PC.

    regards
