I sent a mail to vectorwise yesterday noon asking for a price-quote on vectorizing an image… but I’ve yet to hear a thing..

    What’s up?

Do the “next day delivery” work the same way? :p

hi there.. thanks for your note of concern.

i have checked on your enquiry and your reply was sent to you 40 minutes after we received your email.

all files sent have a carbon copy sent along with them to another address.
ie. my own personal email. this way we know the file was sent successfuly.

if you would like the email sent once again, please advise.

the file sent would come under the more intricate catagory at the cost of £22

if i can do anymore to assist you, feel free to email myself or andrew.

    thank you..

Seems like something must have got stuck in the mail then as I have not received anything (other than your last mail after i posted here)

Anyway – no damage done – and my order is on it’s way 🙂

yep.. this kind of thing is not uncommon mate. this is one of the reasons why i send carbon copies to multiple accounts, to assure i know the mail did actualy go through ok.

when an email arrives at uksignboards.com shop, vector service, access etc. 3 people here instantly get text mail sent to their mobile phones. thats ontop of the orginal email arriving at our email addresses. this way we are sure that any urgent requests are not missed.

thank you for your order, it should be with you late this evening or first thing tommorrow morning.
any positive feedback you may have on the artwork/service would be appreciated. 😉
