I have a customer who has designed his drawing in Photoshop and he has twice sent me through a file which will not import into Coreldraw.

Has anyone got experience with using Photoshop and Corel??

If so, what is the best way to export out of photoshop and into Corel. Is there anything that needs to be done to the photoshop file before taking it into corel??

    Oh, dear…

Is all that is designed in Photoshop all bitmaps?? I thought that It could be done in paths and exported in paths???

I’ve got it to open as a bitmap but nothing else.

Is there anything I can do with this?

Depending on the dpi you should be able to export as an ai. file or an eps
or just trace it in what ever sign programe you use. If your customer only has a bitmap tell him to sent a tif. file and not a psd file.

    So Chalkie,

From what I understand, If he has drawn this using paths he should be able to export this as paths to an AI file?

That way I can import it as an AI file with paths?
