  • Lighting question – guidance/ideas needed!

    Hi all,

My client is getting located letters on his shop fascia from me. Now, he’s asking if I can supply a tube light to illuminate the letters, and that the colour of the light is green.

    My concerns are:

A: Where would the tube light be fixed, and how much room is needed?

B: What do I use to show him what colours of lighting are available?

C: If I can’t source a tube light at the right colour, what alternatives can I present (swan-necks?)

D: Anyone know a trade supplier for tube lighting who perhaps has brochures/images that I can show my client?

    Thanks in advance all,

    JayBee.

trough lights/down lighters are available from a few sources. they also have different names, depending on who you buy from.
    i’ll list some:

    portland lighting 0121 326 0333
    sondia kighting 01482 223353

    insight 0141 641 7107 we use…

try any of these companies for a quote, remember tell them what source
    gave their name out 😉

as far as colours… there is probably many ways of showing samples.
but unless you have somthing like a sample to change the bulbs then he
will have to go with your word, green will be green 😕 🙄 😆
