I have been asked to quote on printing a billboard 6x3mts on blueback paper.
Can anyone give me some sort of guide price to charge as this is something I have never quoted on. I will be using a Versacamm with eco inks
Do you price the same as vinyl or cheaper???
    We won’t be fitting it.

i would have said a bit cheaper if you stock it but if you have to buy it in just for this job works out about the same.

need to be a reasonable wallpaper hanger to use it though if it gets to wet it stretches a bit.

£170.00 to joe public, assuming they can supply suitable quality artwork in a finished state.

Have to say that I think the price from Signsurfer is far to low for 18 sq meters. The cost of materials would be about 5 quid a square meter including inks if not more.I would think the price should be 380 pounds minimum
Not worth investing in a machine and doing it for nothing
    Just my opinion

I agree karen, no way would I be doing it for that, ok paper is cheap but think of inks, your machine etc. I would have thought circa £250-275.

    quote signsurfer:

and what machine would you be producing these on signsurfer?

oops, no idea how I got those prices, apologies.

    18sqm should be £450.

In my defence I had one eye on my lunch, one on the computer and another one on 2 workers who were on top of an 18 story block of flats with a sloping roof that I can see out of my window.

    Thanks for your help peeps.

Artwork is simple lettering on yellow ground so no problems there.

The customer came to me because his last supplier went bust! I won’t be heading down that road if I can help it.

    Cheers
