If you do a small nick in banner vinyl you can tear it across the weave. You can’t do that with mesh. If hemming a large mesh banner, we hem in sections and cut i to the hem, it never tears.

ive done a lot of work like this in the past with a previous job id say it would be extremely difficult to clearly etch a pebble unless it was perfectly flat and dark in colour not sure a rotary tool in the laser would work for this but i have used some vinyl that can be laser etched then applied to a stone etc then sandblasted then spray painted ive had a go myself in the past but found it to be very touch and go weather it worked or not its not impossible just very labour intensive and alot of stages to the job . memorial masons might be able to do this

if i have ever needed to do this i have used app tape to cover say the door then used a sharpie to draw around any obstacles,
i would then remove the app tape lay it flay on the ground and take a photo then import the picture to sign software manually drawn round with nodes etc then marry the new outline up to impact template for sizingDave

see the link posted it shows you how to fiddle with it till you set it right your self i never tended to start messing with this sort of stuff usually it had something to do with profile i was using.

i had this problem a couple of days ago i used acrobat by opening it there and using the document optimizer to re save and rename it and it massively reduced the size with no loss of quality i also use onyx currently v12
The location of the Reduce File Size feature depends on your version of Adobe Acrobat. In Acrobat 9, choose Document > Reduce File Size. That is, the Document menu at top. In Acrobat XI, choose File > Save As Other > Reduced Size PDF.
