as for a unit, try finding something owned by someone that has a bit of spare space or a part of their units they dont use. you will get it so much cheaper, your not tied to anything, so can walk at the drop of a hat. (if you needed to that is) most places done
private if advertised come with several payments upfront, legal papers etc etc… council buildings and the like come with similar but the killer is minimum leasing terms such as 2 years onwards… find someone with a huge yard/building that may have spare space and ask to rent part of it for a period of time. normally this will be done under a verbal agreement.
