Should be fairly easy, what i do is design a strip with a slight curve upwards (40mm x 420mm strip size) and then print and cut with the PC600. The customer can then fit it with the logo central on the visor and trim off the excess off each end to suit each visor. With a slight curve you still will have to manipulate the strip when fitting to the visor as they all have different curves. The only downside is the height to play with as it suits wide thin logos best.
