Isn’t there something about taking over a business means you take on the debts as well.
I would just go and take down the sign, also take a few big mates along as well with instructions not to actually get involved, "they came along for the ride officer" 🙂Not to sure about all these terms and conditions etc, the goods are yours until paid for anyway, aren’t they?
