im not sure the size jill… but i would price it to be inside 24″
i know they are bigger than this but you want to stay away from the area that starts to slope tothe edges of the cover.
the reason for this is that it is where you are most likely to get vinyl shrinkage & creases. it is also the culprit for vinyl dog earing back!

another thing if its the vinyl cover i normaly use a good banner vinyl or truck vinyl.. sticks much better & conforms to that orange peel skin effect vinyl cover that are on most of them…

    Hi Jill

Here is a post that stuart from abacus signs kindly posted for me when i asked about wheelcovbers a while back

    quote :

We use Fred Cutler, we supply half a dozen a month to regular clients and have had no complaints. They have four models available, next day or three day delivery. We use the semi rigid original as it has extra panels sewn into the centre.

Just a thought, when we apply graphics to wheelcovers we have one of those chipboard circular tables, you know the B&Q ones with the interlocking legs, come with a big tablecloth that hangs to the ground, cost about a fiver..well we have the top of one of those mounted on little legs..brilliant for holding the cover off the workbench to stay rigid. Saves a lot of fighting and slipping.

I haven’t had chance to try them out but they look like quality, much better than the victory design ones i have used in the past.

Try giving them a call, they may be able to help you out with sizes.
