    Hi all
Something has gone wrong somewhere and I haven’t a clue what to do.
I have attached some images to try and explain.
I have typed out my text then go into Text, edit text which opens a new box. I then retype the text using the centred icon so it should look like the second photo but when I hit okay it just squishes it all together.
I have not changed anything and this is how I have always done it.
    Thanks for looking.
    Iain

    Update
It seems that because I was editing a previous piece of artwork it didn’t like what I was doing. I have just created a new document and typed it out fresh and it worked. Still non the wiser why it didn’t let me do it on the saved file but heyho now all good the print

Looks like the Leading or Line Spacing was set to ‘0.0%’ causing each new line to be placed on top of the next

You can change the Line Spacing by either editing the value in the Text Properties toolbox or simply clicking the Node Tool and dragging the icon that appears on the bottom left corner of the text down.

    Here’s what I mean…

Hopefully that sheds some light on why it happened!
