Thought I’d share the solution to this had me scratching my head earlier.
When sending a job to cut in Illustrator, it would display a dialog saying it had timed out, and CM4 wouldn’t launch.
Having not changed anything, and it occurring on both machines, I guessed it was either a CC update, or a windows update, that had occured as I could test cut when manually launching CM.
Turns out somewhere along the lines, windows firewall had blocked CM4. Easy fix was to add it to the exceptions list. Graphtec support confirmed.
Having spent some time uninstalling and reinstalling different versions today to no avail. It was that easy fix.
Something in the background caused it, as it happened simultaneously on two seperate machines.
All machines back up and running :thumbsup:
