    Good Morning Everyone,

    I’ve purchased what I believed to be a full version of Signlab 8, I have used the installer disk & fonts disk and security dongle,
    its giving me a window of 15 days to register the key, so its in trial mode at the moment, the seller has sent some information which I don’t really know how to use, my problem is I don’t know where to find the key? or where its meant to be installed once I have it ( I have not been given a physical licence key on disk) all I have is the installer disk, dongle and fonts disk, its worrying to see the orange dongle does say Trial written on it, I registered my dongle with Cadlink but they did inform me that they no longer support Signlab 8, the seller has ignored me, can someone assist please or tell me if I’ve just paid a lot of money for a trial signlab? I could use the Demo version but can’t save any work on this.

    I have attached the screen shot about trial version and sellers instructions.
    any help would be appreciated

    It’s a while since I installed signlab on my PC but looking back at the instructions I have for signlab 7 it specifically states not to install the USB dongle until after the installation is complete

    "Caution – Do not install the USB dongle provided with your signlab package until AFTER you have installed your signlab package or remote print & cut package"

    Don’t know if this is your problem but maybe worth a try? I would try uninstalling Signlab then start again from the beginning

    Same with Signlab 9, the USB is the key for the software.

    I had an issue re-installing Signlab 9, turned out there was an issue with their server, it may be worth contacting their support team by email. You’ll need the number that is printed on the dongle.
