Seymour Sign & Print take on the world with Group 101
Manchester based, Seymour Sign & Print recently completed the installation of site hoarding panels for a London based development company’s flag ship project, redeveloping a London terrace property for the Government of Gibraltar, with the assistance of Group101.
David Hammond, son of the Father and Son team Seymour Sign & Print first received the enquiry following the company’s sponsorship of a small cycling team, of which a member of the site management was involved with.
Having built their reputation on being able to deliver high quality print in the shortest of deadlines, Seymour Sign & Print were tasked with recreating the clients low resolution artwork, arranging production and installation, in time for the first site visit by delegates from Gibraltar.
David explains “We had a matter of days to get the artwork recreated, approved and into production ready for installation before the site visit. As soon as the client mentioned London, and the timescales we had to work with, James and the team at Group101 were the immediate port of call. There was no panic from James, and their installation team were provisionally booked, there was great communication between us both, which saw the project run smoothly with no unexpected surprises”
The site hoardings were printed by Group101 at their Tilbury factory with Group101 providing all the required health and safety documentation, prior to their installation team arriving on site as planned.
Seymour Sign & Print’s client, and the delegates who visited were delighted with the finished hoardings, with the prospect of similar work on forthcoming developments in London, Seymour Sign & Print look forward to working with Group101 in the future.

Congratulations David and to your dad for turning round this job within the tight timescale.
Well done to James and his team at Group101 also…. It is always great to read/hear of UKSG members and UKSG Supplier working together from different ends of the country and pulling off work like this with no problems whatsoever. :appl:

Yes it was refreshing to work with a supplier who understood the importance of this job, not only for ourselves, but our client, and their visitors.
Excellent communication from James and his team down at Group101, and the client’s really pleased with the install :thumbup2:
Saved me having to print & mount the boards, and sending our subbie’s down with them for the day, much quicker for James to print direct to board and their fitters handle the install.
