    Hi Guys

I’ve been using LG Hausys LD39HTG for straight forward printed graphics and panel fills for sometime now. Great to work with & good price. Supplied bu All Print Supplies.

Now this is the second fail I’ve had on the same van. First was 6 months ago on the rear door where the vinyl was cut in the middle of the barn doors. No problem, replaced it – customer happy. 6 months later this graphic has failed on a flat side panel. It looks to me like shrinkage.

Baring in mind I’ve been using this product for 1 year plus and never had any other come backs.

Could it be excessive heat from car wash or maybe wasn’t allowed to out gas for long enough?

Scratching my head on this one

I found I had to move away from this material when they changed the adhesive and made it the HTG. We would for example mount a full 8×4 panel of small signs, then guillotine them down, only to find all of the edges seemed to lift. Never happened with the old adhesive which had loads of tack.

Thanks for the feedback Luke. Yes, that did cross my mind as the glue on the older version was steadfast. What do you use now in it’s place if you don’t mind me asking?

IP2556 from spandex, closest thing I’ve found to the old LG product.

Thanks Luke. I’ll take a look at that
