Fine cut and rasterlink not working together

Hi guys
Always the weekend when it goes wrong. I have a CJV30-60 and I am trying to print and cut some logos for a client on garment vinyl. All rasterlink does is rip the file starts rendering and printing then it bleeps and says there is an error with the countor cut file data.I am using fine cut to create the cut line and registration marks. In the fine cut preview the cut lines show up under the cut tab.
When i open the file in rasterlink preview the tabs I still have the option of cut condition where i can set how long to wait between printing and cutting and all the other options.
Even files that I have on the list of jobs previously printed and cut no longer cut but still have the cut condition tab.
The printer still does test cuts.

This is the error message I have. Googled it but all I find is a post on a forum from 2014 which dose not really resolve the issue.
Any pointers would be great as the event is next weekend but need to deliver by Wed.Thanks desperate of Surrey.

add my own cut line send to rasterlink via the finecut toolbar and Bobs your Uncle it cuts!!not perfect but a work around unless anyone has the answer.
